Wedding Travel in Style

Wedding planning is all in the details from the wedding dress to the tux to the dinner and so much more. Every couple wants to make sure your special day is the perfect day down to the very last detail. One of the many wedding traditions is for the wedding party to decorate the bride and grooms vehicle. I've seen wedding where the cars have been decorated very nicely, and others (my wedding) where they put chocolate sauce under the door handles and whip cream all over the car.

But there is a new option, at least for weddings in Cedar City, Ut, and it's a pedicab. A local high school student, Caleb Nelson, started Romeo's Rickshaws last summer as a way for visitors in Cedar City to get to around downtown and to the Shakespeare Festival. This year he is expanding his service to weddings.

Caleb started his pedicab business last summer because he was a broke high school student and thought it would add a unique element to downtown Cedar. It was a huge success and now he wants to make the service available for couples at their weddings as a way to get to and/or from their wedding or reception. Caleb said, "I decided to do weddings because I feel like the pedicabs add a cool element to pretty much everything, and I think it will transfer well to weddings."

The pedicab isn't just limited to the bride and groom. The booking fee is $30 per hour (plus a delivery fee which varies on distance). During the hour(s) it can just be for the getting the bride and groom to their wedding ceremony, luncheon, dinner, reception, pictures, or to give the guests rides during the reception.

If you are looking to book something unique for your wedding you may want to give Romeo's Rickshaws a call and schedule them today. You can call Caleb at (435) 592-4346.
